Judging by the comments, it's a replica vinyl release.
Judging by the sound quality, it's straight from the bootleg radio recording.
The packaging looks very swift and professional, though, pretty funky.

No one seems to know where the original record is sadly enough. After a few resales people lost track and now it's... Well... Lost.
