Does anyone have any information about the Monaco 2011 concert photobook ?
eg release date, where was it available, number of copies made etc anything ?

Just it was release in a private distribution for Jarre's friend, only.

It was payed by the Principauté de Monaco as a gift to people attending the show.
Some Jarre related people had it too…
