Well, it does say "Demo's" instead of the correct plural "Demos".

Of course, I have no idea if it's common in the music industry to use "Demo's" when referring to demos but anyway.

Does kind of smack of a photoshop job, however it would be quite neat if it was released!

I say photoshop, reason is actually quite simple. That's the same type of design the Universal uses for their most recent re-releases/remasters of old albums however the Deluxe Edition is not correctly placed and the black line is supposed to be a much thicker transparent line. Also the fact that it's spelled "Demo's" instead of "Demos", along with the fact that there are apparently multiple demos of each side I highly doubt. And for whatever reason both are stated as seperate things instead of "Demos and Outtakes of Side 1 and Side 2". Also the bar is not transparent as it should be.

Chances are of course always possible of it being real, but I take it with a bucked of salt it until anything official is said.
