I've got a dvd version, but my copy is not the best, probably 3rd generation. THe reason it's taking so long to upload is because I can't allocate enough space on the hdd that's only 160 gb and is always packed with something that seems more important ... I'll get it done eventually. Sorry for the delay everyone.

I managed to sync the sound. The complete file is going to be much heavier than the original, because I didn't want to use the same method and codec again. Mp4 is a very sensitive format, so instead- I used mpeg2 and also- video enhancer- (best software for resizing) and upscaled it to dvd resolution. Might as well make the dvd out of it. There's still a few artifacts here and there, but that's as good as it gets.Whoever encoded it in the first place ,did a very bad job. It concerns other mp4 files on server as well. Like -the Versailles file only plays ok through the first half, after that the seeking won't work properly and the Houston was encoded in 176x something res. How insane was that?

Ok, turns out there's a lot of artificats, especially at the bottom of the screen. There's also a time stamp, which someone tried to remove. But it is a complete concert and this version has very good angles, so just ignore these imperfections.

It would be great if the original dvd was found. But for now, that's all we have.
I'm uploading the file as I write this message.

It also appears there's one or 2 more versions of the cocert, here:

Making it what- 5 recordings in total? So much for the tight security..

There was no security check for cameras at all. Mont Saint Michel was open for filming.

Well, based on this comment:
supersonic wrote:Knowing, especially how tight the security was at Mont St Michel, anyone getting a video camera through two levels of bag checking, has done well. Even photo cameras were tough to sneak past as I saw many refused entry with them. They had a table of stuff for later collection.

...though our intrepid team managed a bulky camcorder with a telescopic tripod! hahah!

In any case, the file is uploaded. It's in the same folder.

Btw, does anyone remember what songs were played before the concert?

You can hear the music here:

The fan one I have is recorded from the crowd. Sadly not a complete concert. But it does have interesting footage taken during the day when people were arriving and a walk around the stage looking at the instruments.
Jarre concerts attended - Destination Docklands 1988 - Paris La Defense 1990 - Europe In Concert 1993 (Manchester & London) - Oxygene Tour 1997 (Birmingham)
