Where does this flute sound come from?

Could anybody recognize it please? It seems to come from PCM synth...

It's the internal Shackuhashi (how do you spell that?) from the Roland JV/XP series.
Edit: U-20 is indeed a possibility as well... The source is probably the same anyway
