JMJ Official Shop: Be Carefull

The last three times I've bought in Firebrand Online I have recieved wrong items (t-shirts, posters...) and damaged ones.
The refund of the money is a slowwwwnesss process and finally they tell you "it's more than 60 days since you placed your order; no refund is possible; check for another items for the same cost".
Did you have troubles with this store?

This is the problem with these kind of online stores which are a seperate entity to the website, such as this one: Firebrand. Not good signs to potential customers if thats one of their ways of trading and not a good endorsement for JMJ.

I ordered a t shirt from there last year and they sent me the wrong one, but I was quite happy with the one they sent me so I didn't return it. Come on! how hard is it to get a simple order right? Its not Quantum physics

Well I bought my vest after the concert, then you atleast emediantly know what you´r getting

I ordered a shirt the other day, and I managed to get a discount on shipping costs by selecting UK shipping first and then press the back-button in the browser and change the address to overseas ... Saved me two pound sterling
