Whats the portable synth Chris Papendieck is playing during Oxygene8 at 12 dots?
Looks like a guitar with pad.

Dynacord Rhythm Stick. He has used it several times during Jarre concerts. JMJ himself also used it for the AERO concert in 2002.

You also can see it on RDV Houston /Lyon video (Domino's playing it)

and if i remember well at Electronic night in 98

Where can it be seen in the Houston/Lyon video? (besides in the beginning where JMJ plays it for the preparations of the Lyon concert)

It was used by Papendieck for almost any concerts he played together with JMJ.

We can see JMJ with it a half sec during the Lyon video introduction at 2:48

And we see Domino playing it on RD4 Houston at 47:22 (hard to see)

I found the clip of Domino playing "something"... however I think you are right. It's difficult for me to spot it atm. Nice find. I have analized those videos to death to complete my gearlists, however I never noticed this one

More easy to see with a real tape record of the concert, because actual divx convertion ehmmm.....you know....

but for sure, Domino is "slaping" something, and if you play with the lightness and contrast, you'll probably found what you want ^^
