I'm always kicking'em around at very high speeds (my feet).
I wear shoes that breath (well, italian made shoes with a spanish patent soil where the air circulates underneath the soils), and also use excelente portuguese ones that excell at confort better than any other anywhere else in the world - also breath, look italian (or better) and are more confortable than most sneakers shoes.
My tenis shoes are the most expensive I can find and that's my criteria when in comes to this type of shoes, that and looking simple, I don't like them too fancy and colorfull. My favourite pair is a totaly dark Nike I can even wear with suits.
Oh, and yes, female feet can be very sensual and arousing, bare or with nice shoes and nice movements, but that comes with the whole female, as far as I'm concerned, at least, it's part of the whole experience - hair, skin, grace, looks, care, persona, etc.
"Foot fetish" aka "pedolatry", sensual arousing with feet, is quite quite common and quite quite natural - something to do with you grabbing your mother's lower legs as you grow and comming to associate that feeling of "love and protection" with what which you saw by then, namely, feet, shoes, and in my case, wheel caps, rear exaust pipes and coins (I've just had an epiphany!).
When you migrate from feet to shoes/boots/latex/whatever, then you really get into the real "fetish" thing, for fetish is only associated with objects, not parts of your body. And, although also common, it's already a perversion (moving beyond) the natural "foot fetish" one (abusing the fetish word in this later sentence, but that's how people call it anyway).
For the record, I really don't care about the shoes/boots/latex/accessories thingy... but if feet themselves were not sensual (and I agree they may be - depends), not many photographers would ask models/actresses/etc. to remove the shoes off, or wearing some opened ones revealing the feet - it sells, it captures attention, and IT IS natural.
How is Jarre in his recent photos? What shoe brand is he wearing?...
Watch King Kong and observe Peter Jackson's use of that type of sensuality and so on and so on...
