MiniPops 7 Oxygene Rhythms

What are the combinations of the rhythms for O2, 4 and 6?
I've never been quite clear on that.

o2 and o4 - beguine + slow rock
o6 - rumba + bossanova
equinoxe 5/6/7 - rock 1

Oh so O2/4 are the same. People always said that they were different rhythms.
He processed them differently though. 2 different phaser speeds for Oxygene 2's rhythms

yes. it can play as much rhytms as you want to

D'ya suppose he had seperate audio outs because of the different phase rates, or it's just an over dub.

it's very strange this picture because I try the same button's and it"s giving a very different sound rythm compare with the most known as mentionned higher by Radek.
May be it"s a special buttons setting for the tour ?

I think He have one MP7 for oxygene 2 & 4 with pre-selected Rythm and TEMPO
and a second for oxygene 6 with it's own TEMPO
Tempo adjust on the MP7 is very "difficult".
I can't imagine Claude Samard to adjust the tempo during the show with only one MP7
about phaser small stone speed, I'm agree for oxygene 4 but I don"t know if is used for oxygene 4 & 6
what do you think ?

What was it then? 2 Minipops' in '76 or seperate audio outs. Those would be the only other options.

When you play the O6 rhythm, does it play the snare?

I think he only phased the snare on O4, maybe the congas, I haven't checked the mix that deep yet.
But I have checked O2's mix and there's indeed 2 different speeds, one very slow and one very fast set to full color.

Despite the claim, he didn't re make Oxygene as in actually re play everything, he just re mastered it all from the original multitrack.
For Equinoxe, Michel Geiss modded a MP7 into the Rythmicomputer which had seperate outs. I wonder if this was actually concieved early enough for Oxygene?
Surely, if it was just a case of feeding the basic signal from the MP7 through a Smallstone then everybody that owned one would have perfect drums in their covers?
