Some tried to analyze it a few years ago, without a final result. I don't think it's possible to figure it out. You'll have to ask JMJ himself, and perhaps he has forgotten it
To me it just sounds like:
ding ding dong ding dong baby yo

I'll bet it the text wasn't meant to be logical. Just some impro stuff

It's most probably just phonemes or meaningless words as above. JMJ was probaby just using the vocoder almost as a vowel filter.
