Your favourite synth

What is your favourite synth? Why? What is so special in it?
For me it's JX3P... Great with strings and sci fi sounds... Only thing i need to do is to close my eyes and put my fingers on the keyboard... Sometimes i feel like in old movie from early 80's. I'll post some samples later and You'll know what i mean

Well I have many synths that I like, but one things is just right on top of my wishlist, must be Korg's PS3300, full polyphony, 3VCOs per voice, very usefull LFO (high freq, can even use it for FM
) beautifull resonators, and semi-modular... brill!!!

Another 'choose one' dilemma.
Probably one of the Korgs from the PS serie, ARP 2600 and SCI Prophet-5.

Hard to tell. I like Roland synths very much and, at this moment, at the top of my wishlist there is a JD800.

I really like the AKS, 2600 eminent and the runner-up RMI HS.
Why? Well... because of the possibillities (except for the eminent... it's a preset-organ) and most of all because of the characterfull sound they produce...

My favourite would without a doubt be : Hartmann Neuron, do sonic landscapes that sound like nothing else on the planet ! Closley followed by the Wave. Analogues are hard to have any favourite, they all have their pros and cons and I can not see that there really is an "do it all, sound like every synth ever made" analogue synthesizer out there. So I guess all analogues are my favourite

My favourite is my Roland XP-80. I work really fast with it, I know it by heart.
I have no other favourite for the moment, I use some sounds I like on other synths, but I haven't found a real favourite.
