A new music site, where you rate other peoples music and get points for rating highly the more popular tracks. The earlier you rate a track that becomes popular, the more points you get.

You forgot to elaborate on that bit (forgive the pun), but what do these points mean and why would anyone give a peep?

Sorry. The points let you bump more songs, which in turn gain you points depending on how early you bump them and how popular the song gets.
