Oxygene part.4 instruments

Hi,
What's the instrument used for the octave sequence starting after winds on oxygene part 4? It a sequence with c3-c4 alternating. In aero version a pan effect is also used! it's a sound very with a very short release... is it a RMI, Eminent? Wich one it is?

Well thanks now has any one a the arturia ARP2600 patch or a similar sound?

Yes I can imagine the simple arpeggiater having been used in a random mode for the two notes.

Don't you mean between C and D notes
If so it is the RMI Harmonic Synthesizer or so the common wisdom tells us.
He was able to reproduce it to sound exactly the same for Aero, which points to a digital synthesizer. Though that plucky sound could just as easily be done on the ARP2600, as always with some of these sounds one can't be a 100% sure unless one asks JMJ.

It could have been the ARP if JMJ used an external sequencer. I don't think that he played that by hand (I bet Francis could do it
).
AFAIK he didn't use an external sequencer when he recorded Oxygene so it's definitely RMI.
