I wasn't blown away by it originally but am Coming round a bit to its sound after seeing some of these demos..

I think it sounds amazing. My plan is to get me one of these ASAP. Just need the money.
What sounds best is of course subjective. I think that the P08 sounds better than the P5. I've never been a fan of the Prophet 5 actually. I don't know why. Too limited I guess.
The P08 has got more possiblities and you can use the layer option to make it sound more full (I refuse to use the term "fat" since that is something else).
The only thing that I think beat it today if we look at the price is the Andromeda. It sounds a bit better. Too bad I don't like the type of envelopes on that machine.
Excellent that they make superb new analog synths so we have something else to choose from apart from unstable now 25-35 year old instruments.
