Alright it looks nice... but it's rather pointless no? Moog have really lost it since Bob passed away.

being around £1300-1500 will appeal to those who maybe would like the voyager but don't want to pay the high price tag,basically its just Like a regular voyager without the Midi(Not sure this will go down too well unless it has CV inputs like other Moogs)and the touchpad and preset storage,if it had Presets I'd be interested in it Although I like to create my own sounds I would like some form of storage of them,if this thing has no midi its not like you can even dump the sounds??
I wonder how this will affect the Voyager,or are they coming to the end of the production run with them,I'm all for the revamp of the Moog classics making them more affordable

I prefer the Look of this model without that Ugly touchpad that spoils the retro Look of it IMO,Just the lack of memories is a little let down,still it forces your creativity I suppose,and back to the old Notepad and pen affair.

I'd certainly like them to remake the MemoryMoog for sure.I like the Voyager,but think that at almost £2K for a monosynth is a bit over the top,and its not like they will be a good investment Like the original Mini as they have made them in large Quantities that sort of renders it less of a classic already

Would imagine this Moog will act as a Replacement for those who maybe use an original aging and fragile Minimoog on stage.

I'll be certainly checking this mother out when they get shipped,coming in at a rather nice price.

The Moog dude from NAMM said it was headed at the people who already or used to used the original Minimoog. This is just a more stable version also because of it's age.
Like most people i agree that it looks much better without that ugly touchpad and green LCD display. It looks to much like a digitalbox beaten into a sweet Moog.
you can always get the MK-I Voyager if you want MIDI and memory.
