According to an email I recieved, the on sale date for the tickets is the 21st January. I assume this pretty much is a confirmation :D

According to the Royal Albert Hall website, it's all sold out apart from the circle tickets. Most likely there some on eBay. :$$:

I guess that means you’re not coming if you’re taking your time about booking the ticket and saving. :(
