What is the worse thing you have ever bought? did it fell apart before you came home, did it taste like mud, did the thing look so good in the light of the shop but at home just dull and bad, or have you never used it?

1. Numerous toys I keep buying my niece which stop working after minimum use :?

2. A Sony laptop (2nd hand) that almost fell apart from the screen & hinges as soon as I opened it.

3. Trying to buy a house for my sister & her kids.
Sale fell through after having spent a few thousand pounds on surveys, solicitors, morrtgage approval.

(Not really worst for me, more "oh well ... live & learn.
The 1st one gets me most irate, as my nice always get a little upset, for a short while,
I make it up to her though).

For me it was either the baby-oil I tried once or it was some CDs with music that I do not like.

Star Wars Original Trilogy Special Edition on VHS, one of the videos didn't have sound.

Nothing else pops up now, but for some reason, I didn't even sell them... they just disappeared. :/

I puchased a PC once - I had no end of problems with windows updates, (Windows 98 at the time) then eventually it had 2000 on it etc, viruses and the like - well to cut a long story short, I gave it away and purchased a Mac.

Problem solved.
