Which one should I choose?

Well as for myself I use the X-Fi. And it works great for me. It's like you have a whole mixing studio with effects in one small card.

If gaming then = Soundblaster
If recording audio in a studio = M-audio
Or get secondhand Creamware pulsar 2 or Scope system. They can be found really cheap these days.

Not really my own experinces but it is just like synthx says, at least I have heard that several times so I wouldn't doubt about it.

Thanks for your feedback, guys.
I have ordered a soundcard now, should be delivered tomorrow. I went for the M-Audio. It seems to be a nice card for a nice prise.

Supports DTS and coaxial digital output...that's exactly what I'm looking for!
Thanx for the tip.
Allthough I would prefer optical toslink in my case.
