Hi,
Nico Noyau was saying about how avant garde can be made with the sound of a fart somewhere else on this forum, and I said I'd make a song using a sample of a fart if he found me one.
Well, he did, and I made the song: Here it is.
It's not avant garde, quite tuneful, but doesn't really go very far (it's only a short idea too). It's more to show how Ableton Live or any decent music package can manipulate one sound into many so well.

P.S. If you take the waveform of a fart, it makes a VERY good plucked sound, seriously!

Yep, a lot of the melodic stuff is made by taking the waveform and filtering it and stuff. All the stuff was manipulated in some way, but there wasn't any other sound generation other than that fart. For example, the snare is made by just a clip of the fart with some extreme distortion on.

But yeah, the only sound source is that fart.

Care to post the original fart as well? Impressive I'd say - it sounds a bit lo-fi though..

I think I will try to make that aswell with a fart sound, this is awesome to see what we can do with a fart
