Well, he's free to think and say what he wants. All I can say it's not really clever to put it like that for the negative publicity. Then again... particularly his fans are hard to please it seems, so I wouldn't wonder if he's said that. Still, when meeting the man, it's really different, he doesn't act like that at all.

Well, it's seems kinda odd to me that JMJ would ever say something like that in public.
So Kubrick, be a man and send some prove at all.
Everyone has the freedom to say what he/she wants, but most of your posts/topics in this forum have a 'negative' vibe for the real JMJ fans and musicians who work hard to make a cover of some of their favourite JMJ songs, so why post that kind of bs here?

Make a forum of your own with everything against JMJ or in particular his fans, so that you don't have to bother anyone else with it here...

Again, you have the right to say what you want to say..but please keep in mind this is a forum for JMJ fans not against....

@Kubrick - You trick in a certain subject some time ago didn't show any reliability, so I am interested in that video you have of JMJ saying this, just so there won't be any misunderstandings about this later on.

I would need proof that JMJ actually said this before I could comment but I can't and won't believe he would say such a thing.

Even if it's his opinion, which could be possible -
I severely doubt he said it... that would be so not clever...

I doubt that'll happen somehow you haven't got an album of interviews to rip it off and pretend its real!!

What about some evidence before you even discuss this matter?

Now imagine this...

1) I am Kubrick (can't put in words how much I dislike this nick considering the fact that I adore the film director)

2) I am bored on Sunday

3) I don't really like this forum or people in it cuz nobody likes my covers

4) I am 37, but I don't mind acting like a 13 yrs old and posting original Jarre composition telling everyone it's my new great cover

If you felt this way, wouldn't you enjoy firing up everyone with some false statements about what Jarre said or didn't say. It doesn't really matter if it's true or not - what matters is he already got his satisfaction because of all the attention he received after posting that crap.

Hehe I'm only 15 and I've been on the Jarre.net forum/this forum since I was 13 I thiiiink....

It's been removed... hmm.....

So he just erased the text of another of his posts. I don't know how the bandwidth looks here, but perhaps some cleaning could be an idea somewhere in the future if it continues like this. Still I agree that one can only feel sorry for Kubrick as something is obviously strange about his behaviour but is is still two different issues. Just how I look at this.
