T&T 3 track promo stickered version (not seen it before)

I post this here as I can't recall seeing this posted up anywhere with this sticker.

I had this last week off ebay

(On the scan, I have deleated out in black some of the contact info on the sticker to prevent unwanted contact for the distributor)
