What happened with my telephone account ???

I'm surprised!
i've uploaded my phone account last Saturday by 3600 Forints and today i have got a message from Telephone Server that i only have 850 Forints!!
How is it possible?? During 3 days i sent 2-3 messages then today i have had a phone call for some minutes.
Has my account been hacked? Or someone "stolen" my PIN code? Or what??

Call them and ask for a specification of expense. That should clear out everything. Once you can proove you have uploaded new credit by that and that date, and once you can proove you have not spend that much credit, they are the ones that should solve the problem. Expense specifications can be requested here without any problems

Was your phone switched to WAP browsing? This happened with my friend's phone a few days ago. It will cost a lot of money if it goes on in your pocket when you haven't locked your phone!

Yes...that has happen to me also now and then when I have forgotten to lock the cellphone buttons. Lucky enough I have noticed this misstake in short time and my operator is only charging for the amounts of bytes that is loaded to the phone in form of pages and not the actual time of the "wap mode" itself.
