Does anyone know of any Freeware Spectrum Analyzers,I'm after one that will run as a VST host in cubase or a stand alone Program for PC...nothing too fancy,just to be able to display the Audio frequency analysis for eqing purposes of an Audio track,preferably in realtime...

I have one in Cool Edit pro,but i want something that can be run from within Cubase,so i don't have to keep importing audio between the two Programs!!!

Google "Spectrogram". It's a standalone and will run in free time kind of.... Give it a go.

bs-spectrum (I think) - used to be a freeware VST spectrum analyser you could use in realtime... nothing to fancy, but usefull.
