This was posted up on the 'Space Of Freedom' site. Another great Laser Harp with a unique version of the classic 'Moments In Love' (by the Art Of Noise) performed on it.
Incidently, you say 'buy one', are these actually manifactured then?

Great laser harp... But used with a very bad sound... A good Fairlight "Aaah" choir sample isn't hard to find and sounds so much better than that...
Why use a laser harp and connect it to the midi in of a Casio keyboard?

Wouldn't see much change out of 20K.for one like Jarres(oxygene tour)....
There was a guy from the states who made custom laserharps(with red beams)..I'll try and find his web link..
And I'm sure the one Jarrelook use was made by the Guy at Oakley Sound..based in Cumbria...(tony is it??)
if you've got the cash,I'm sure you could find someone with the knowhow that will make you one..
(You could always buy a handful of laser pens for a couple of Quid and mime)
As for that Moments in love vid.....Nice harp and shows it does actually work...Although not sure it fits into that sort of context....it seemed a bit cheesy for that type of show......who is this act????
I thought this was Jarre to start with...(standard Issue white shirt )
Best to leave it for Jarre...

I always wanted to built a Laser Harp. It isn't very difficult to build; there are whole describings on the web for building one. My only argue against building one is the energy it needs. Your energybill becomes higher than the Eiffel-tower!

I really doubt it is MW as in megawatt... I mean - he'd need to take a nuclear powerplant on the road just to drive his laserharp....
On the other hand physics have never been my speciality..

No indeed. I was asking myself the same question a few months ago. Does anybody know what that M in MW means? I've always thought it was MegaWatt - 1.000.000 watt! Using such a laser for 1 minute, your yearly bill will be doubled!

it is not MW but mW
milliWatts, so 0,001 watt
/edit : I hope ! because a 1MW Argon laser can delete all France in one beam :|
