Certainly is if you think to how much these would have cost back then.
In the video you see Anne Dudley, J,J Jeczalik (cardboard mask) and I think the guy with the painted face is Gary Langan. Its a shame that when the AON reformed back in the early 90s, J.J was missing from the line-up. Very clever man when it comes down to those fairlights.

I bought the new 4 disc boxset last month of classic AON from 1983 - 85, just before the split. Great to hear some of the rarities on there, mainly the original mixes of CLOSE (to the edit).
or live in a fairlight(unless of course you were Jimney Cricket.....)
