What effect was used on chrono 6 arpeggio (especially CPLT version)

I don't know, I always only use my sequencer and arpegiator together, with a reverb, chorus and delay on it.

it was JD800 with onboard phaser

you mean the arpeggio that kicks in just halfway through or the bass line right from the start?
