Ms Bell said Jarre would bring a “big star” to Perth as his support act – but declined to reveal who that would be.
Hummm ? Hank B. Marvin ?

Eventscorp would not sponsor the event, however this does not mean anything.

it smells like AERO

no sponsors so they try to make it sound attractive for sponsors by saying everything is fine and running on tracks and blabla.. and actually they are desperate for money now :?

A lot of things depending on Jarre team and their technical issues also...

It's end of May.

George Michael will perform in Perth.

http://www.pertharena.com.au/

I think it s senseless to have two big names to perform at almost the same time and since George is confirmed, Jarre is not, I would say a major November Perth event is decided.

George Michael will perform the 10th of November at Perth Arena. Jean Michel Jarre maybe will play at Langley Park on the 17th of November.
No Problem for both of them ! :D

If one concert is free, and the other one not, I see no problem, no rivalry.

Still, there's no confirmation and it says no good for this concert to go ahead.

seems no any concert goes ahead.

I think I'll just smack Jarre in the head witha rubber hammer and tie him up in my living room to give private concerts

He should just give concerts in living rooms of women. We must not be brutal in order to convince him, we have more and better convincing ways. :p:

I do not understand what the Georg Michael concert has to do with the planning of a JMJ concert ?
It does not matter whether 7 days before a concert held by GM in a hall. Each has its fans. Or the people can go to both, where is the problem ?

The Concert in Monaco was confirmed 7 or 8 weeks before . (or maybe 6 weeks ?)
I remember it was a short time, to short for me to get a cheap flight to Nice ? :|
