Well, today's Newsletter by Sony Music speaks of 15 collaborations (and it really says "collaborations", not "15 tracks"). But your list consists of only 13 names...
And I remember Jean Michel telling recently, that David Lynch had been the first he asked to be part of this project. Would be strange if he had thrown his track out, wouldn't it?

The name Moroder was once published once in some newspaper who probably made stuff up.

I thought the same but then I realized it was probably a mistake and the right is:

Exit : JM Jarre & E.S

Instead of:

Exit JM : Jarre & E.S
