YES! and now my life is complete!...... not!
We don't have enough news in this country, so they are just stepping in the same traces, day after day
Btw. this Stein Bagger is a person who has been charged for fraud. He was the boss in a now bankrupt company called IT Factory.

The news came to me today.... yup, only been back off holiday less than 2 days and some stupid kid gets stuck under the fence outside here - right under my bedroom window!!!
Yeah, I filmed it... had to
Stupid parent however, is blaming the fence rather than her own ineptitude at looking where her kid was straying off to.... too busy sending a text message - I watched her!! And gossiping to a friend aswell!
No, they're not the sort of people you'd tell their kids off for playing on the fence because they're the sort to punch first, ask questions later...
This pic was taken just after the fire brigade arrived... thankfully they didn't have to cut the fencing, they just dug the child out unhurt...

Abi, this has reminded me of something that happened a couple of years ago. I had some metal railings fitted to the top of my wall on my front garden a few yera s back. My neigbour followed suit a few months later with the same style. Some time afterwards, a family moved into the property nextdoor to my neighbour. One of the 4 children had a habt of walking along the top of both mine and my neighbours wall while holding onto the railings, using it as an alternative form of adventure playground. One day he did this and slipped, hitting his face cheek on the pointed top of the railing. Luckily the point of the railing didn't penertrate the skin, but if left a really nasty bruise. That family only tried to take my neighbour to court claiming that the railings were dangerous. Of course, I got dragged into the dispute and asked repeatedly to "set a standard and remove the railings on your wall". I refused point blank. Nothing ever came of it in the end. It never even lead to my neighbour being fined or taken to court and both our railings are still present. Even other people in the street have followed suit with railings on their walls.

Nah, the fire engine would have an air compressor and hydrolic claws to prise open the metal fence.

As a follow-up report, I sometimes have to laugh when I'm right... the parent was seen with a council worker this morning taking pictures of the fence...
Yup, the fence is now being blamed.. so, I guess I'll have to defend the fence
I am still wondering how that kid got stuck under this fence...
And the video... you have to watch them in reverse order (3,2 then 1) as my tagging system went a bit wonky....

"Hey my knocked the head into your wall, so we'll sue you, which means your house will be demolished and rebuilt with foambricks".
I have often heard about fence rules causing property owners to change it? How is that possible on private property, and does such a rule excist in Britain? Or perhaps a Groundowners' association have something to say about it...
