Woke up, used computer&drank coffee and watched tv, played GTA 3 on xbox, ate, took a nap, used computer, went out with my dog, drank coffee, used computer, took a nap, talked with a friend, watched tv, played GTA3, read about torture devices from wikipedia.
and of course listened to music
(This is my daily routine with that exception, that my friend doesn't visit everyday.)

Thank you, I emailed my therapist today about all my feelings about what really makes me low all the time when I get more and more isolated. And I hope that she reads something in between the lines that stands out that she can help me with so I get ridd of this problem once and for all...or at least get the tools I need to feel good about myself...

Stayed up all night to watch The Academy Awards. A bit boring, especially the intro. Missed Billy Crystal. No one beats him as host.
