It was a video I filmed at a friends wedding in 1996 where her father was in a band and sang a few old blues numbers. The band / the song (Bring it on Home) has nothing to do with the BBC. I contacted the BBC and they can't understand it either. So there must be a scam going round You Tube whereby someone is pretending to flag video's as unappropriate.

The only thing I can see is that Bring It On Home might be a Led Zep tribute band (LZ made a song called this) and maybe it's them playing a LZ song. Still, weird.

I mean - all them old bands reunite, but not really. Queen without Mercury (doh) Pink Floyd without Gilmour, and then there was War Of The Worlds which had nothing to do with that awesome musical... and now there's Miami Vice excluding Jan Hammer...
