Total uncertainty per concert by Jean-Michel Jarre: ticket sales continue despite notice of cancellation of the show
In a post on Saturday, the artist wrote that "I really hope things can be fixed and I can be back soon." It is precisely this last line that gives hope to the followers of the group, which had practically exhausted the tickets 15,000 tickets of the Movistar Arena for the concert on November 14.

Dear Friends,
Today, I am not only very sad, but very upset and very angry by the terrible situation created by Fenix Entertainment Group regarding my concerts in Latin America.
I asked my Management to explain the situation for you all to clearly understand what’s going on, specially as there seems to be a lot of confusion surrounding the cancellations.
My team and I have spent weeks trying to find solutions to deliver these shows on time.
As I said few days ago already through an official communique, that the current shows announced for November 9 and/or November 14 & 18 cannot be delivered under those circumstances.
We are trying very hard to find a way to reschedule these shows in Chile and Argentina, sooner rather than later, and we will keep you informed of a hopefully positive issue as soon as we can.
Once more I would like to tell you how much I personally feel so upset for the consequences you all have to endure, and I appreciate your ongoing support for me & my team to try find a solution to see you all soon.
Love
XxJean-Michel

Dearest JMJ Friends & Family,
Last Friday we had no other choice but to announce the cancellation of the planned shows in Latin America, due to reasons far beyond our control. We owed it to you all who had made arrangements to come for near and far to share these long-awaited moments to be the first informed, alongside ourselves, as Fenix Entertainment Group did not wish to face the reality of the situation nor communicate the truth.
The reality is that there will be no shows in Chile & Argentina until we have the assurance that all the means are available for us to securely send JMJ and our team of Musicians / Management / Production / Lighting crew / Sound engineers / Audio crew / Backliners / Video crew / Laser crew overseas…alongside the 11 tons of equipment via air freight (instruments / audio gear / desks / lights / lasers / screens etc) to deliver the best shows you all expect and deserve as planned and agreed by Fenix.
In the present unpleasant situation, FEG didn’t respect the deadlines they were bound to by contract, resulting in leaving JMJ and production team, here on the other side of the ocean while our equipment and freight has been waiting for days at the transporter zone, generating daily costs for nothing.
We are working hard to find solutions to reprogram the shows and of course you will be sure to be the first informed.
We sincerely apologize for this very uncomfortable situation not only for us, but especially for all of you who have made your arrangements - you guys and ourselves are held hostage and we hope a solution will be found very soon.
Watch this space…
Kindest regards,
Aero Productions / JMJ Management
