Haha
But nothing wrong with 60 kilo's, IMO. If you are under 50, then you have to get worried.

For some reason, fat doesn't grow on me and my lifestyle is not the most healthy, but not too unhealthy either. It's seen before that fat suddently gets a problem to people who used to be thin. My father and others from his mothers side of the family have never got problems with fat, it could be the same for me. ofcourse I will still think about the evolution of my bodymass. Im just so skinny that I couldn't imagine myself having problems with overweight.

It helps that I am a vegetarian in keeping my weight down but you have to be very careful that you eat properly and eat plenty of protein to replace the loss of meat in your diet. Good luck in becoming vegetarian if your going to give it a go, Tur. Believe you me there are lots of food out there to replace meat. I have been a vegetarian for over 10 years now. Now and then I still miss eating meat but I resist big time because of my reasons why I made this decision. But to all you meat eaters out there I don’t want to offend you all it’s just a matter of taste and values.

Why are you vegetarian? I thought all vegetarians have the reason about killing animals etc.

You are quite right Synthesist. But my other reason was that I wanted to cut down on meat and just have a healthier well-being. I suppose some might say you could eat meat and stay healthier too but my decision was to give up meat altogether. I often want to change people in my way of thinking when I am questioned about being a vegetarian but this is wrong. I am the only one that is vegetarian in my family and this drives me crazy when we gather around for a meal. My family all agree that I should eat meat because there is nothing wrong with doing so and it tastes good. I cannot disagree with that it tastes good but only where it comes from and that research has shown that eating meat may lead to cardiovascular disease, various cancers, diabetes, osteoporosis. It’s not easy for me to explain that to my family when they are eating chicken at the same time.
I am lucky that I have several friends who are vegetarians. Actually a friend of mine introduced me to the idea. At first I thought well what else is there to eat if you can’t eat meat. She mentioned the alternatives and I thought that is so boring. I mean I couldn’t think about not eating meat. But slowly I started to cut back. Before you know it I was not eating any. At the same time I do feel healthy as well and I feel better for it.

One of my daughters has been a vegetarian through many years, and I did worry about her since she was a teenager that time she did begin with this.....
Through the last years my blood preasure went too high, cause I did eat the wrong food.
Today my health is much better, cause I have changed my way to live!
I know its important to eat enough protein,I dont know too much about soyaprotein,I try to find out about these things on the net!
I am not really a vegetarian today, but a semi vegetarian which means I eat white meat and fish!
My will is strong when I do things, and even if Im not that fat today...........I will work hard to get back "the old me" !
Also when you want to be more creative, its amazing what you can do when you feel well .......and I like sport!...........swimming and biking will be good for me this winter!
I live in UK and I like to be here,if I need a trip to Norway............it takes me few hours,- and its not expencive to travel!
