These were sent to me by a friend ( thanks Tigerqueen ! )... they amused my simple brain ... :P

Why is it that whenever you attempt to catch something that is falling off a table, you always manage to knock something else over too ...?

In Winter, why do we try to keep the house as warm as it was in Summer, when then we complained about the heat then ... ?

Why does someone believe you when you say there are four billion stars, but have to check when you say the paint is wet .... ?

Can someone stop this talk of white swans in my book about Science theories and methods? It makes me go nuts because it is not that fun to read about.
