and I drink 2-3 liter water over 24 hours! I think that is much!!
I feel it's imposible to drink it all in two hours!!

I don't believe diets are for other people than those who need an operation and are too fat!
Otherwise diets only make people more fat...cause as soon as they start to eat as before again!they add even a little more weight than they had before!! :?
To get more slim..you need the healthy fat!The body need fat for the blood and for the bones!Olive oil..fish oil etc. ...and you need more exercising! :fine:
I do hope all women will get this information...cause diets bring their health in danger! :?

The woman who died used this product "Lighter Life" even if this is not the cause to her death,I will not at all recommend any of these light products that promise you a new and better life!As soon as you start to eat food again and often as before!You get an even more troublesome life!
The best way to lose weight is to move more the more you eat!
...and lots of carbohydrates are for people who do sport regulary! :wink:

And another blackcountryman who had a Christmas hit - Roy Wood (Wizzard)

Other notable black country legends - Jasper Carrot, actress Julie Walters, comediane Lenny Henry, the Captain of the Titanic (Edward John Smith - no relation) , Robbie Williams, Ozzy Ozbourne, just to name a few

I remember trying that years ago... I can't 'overdrink' - just throw up after more than 6 glasses...
