How is it possible to drink so much water in two hours?
Something similar happened here a few years ago. All the salt in the body is then neutralized and then you are gone :| If you force yourself, I guess it's possible to overdrink.

I drink water and coffee and don't eat once every 14 days (my doctor told me it's OK)
and I drink 2-3 liter water over 24 hours! I think that is much!!
I feel it's imposible to drink it all in two hours!!

I drink water and coffee and don't eat one day every 14 days---which means I fast twice
a month!
The other days I eat healthy reasonable good food! :looool:

I don't believe diets are for other people than those who need an operation and are too fat!
Otherwise diets only make people more fat...cause as soon as they start to eat as before again!they add even a little more weight than they had before!! :?
To get more slim..you need the healthy fat!The body need fat for the blood and for the bones!Olive oil..fish oil etc. ...and you need more exercising! :fine:
I do hope all women will get this information...cause diets bring their health in danger! :?

Maybe Jon is not an Englishman! :pwned:

The woman who died used this product "Lighter Life" even if this is not the cause to her death,I will not at all recommend any of these light products that promise you a new and better life!As soon as you start to eat food again and often as before! You get an even more troublesome life!
The best way to lose weight is to move more the more you eat!
...and lots of carbohydrates are for people who do sport regulary!

The most famous blackcountryman, Noddy Holder and his group Slade - and because it's Christmas, you got to have this. . . .

. . . . infact, I use to see Noddy during my childhood. His sister lived in my street and every other weekend, Noddy would come down and visit and most of us would chat with him. Ni ce bloke.

And another blackcountryman who had a Christmas hit - Roy Wood (Wizzard)

Other notable black country legends - Jasper Carrot, actress Julie Walters, comediane Lenny Henry, the Captain of the Titanic (Edward John Smith - no relation) , Robbie Williams, Ozzy Ozbourne, just to name a few

Wait...thank you I like Julie Walkers (the actress from Mama Mia!)..she was (maybe not it was Judi Dench) one of the actresses in the film Lady In Lavender..

Anyway this music kills me..

I love the film cause of the beautiful music that makes me cry!

I remember trying that years ago... I can't 'overdrink' - just throw up after more than 6 glasses...
