Well, JMJ did did them... now it's just a blattant money chase...
Dreyffus may forget about seeing any money, JMJ about having a label, and EMI is counting on 750k plus all other earnings while watching the fight from the VIP Room.. no pun intended.
For it's not EMI's fault, so they will ask JMJ for the $$$ back, fire him on the spot, they EMI will say Dreyffus to get their matters straight with JMJ, which is no longer their employee for breaking contract, and since EMI has no fault, the morning paper will get the same answer from them... in court.
It all end's up in either Dreyffuss being payed by Jarre, or not, and Jarre broke in either case. Not good, altough an independent album and concerts, with some help from many many talented fans and professionals could save the day (make more than that money) in an unheard of internet marketing move - Radiohead who?
