But I think you saw specialists, no ? And it appears only now or it always appeared ?
The thing is: Sleep Paralysis itself is a -sort- if illness (allegedly the harbinger of narcolepsis) and the dreams, which appear -afterwards-, are caused by this. Sometimes the sleep paralysis is brought into connection with -wanted- OOBE/clear-dreaming, which means, that those People move their body into sleep and keep the brain awake (i´ve tried this several times, but i fall every time into sleep).

No, i didn´t gone until now to specialists, cause the sleep paralysis (unable to move the body) is not a illness in the classical reflect; it is also no brain-harm. Almost specialist doesn´t know the main cause. One assumes a neuro transmitter disturbance and -allegedly- should it be medicamentous treatable, but it does not work with everyone. Why the -dreams- itself appear and every time which such a reality, is unknown, i mean, i´m not greatly superstitiously or mirror-image-ritually adjusted, but with some hire i believe, that is is supernatural, because there are already many things in those dreams appeared, which I could not explain and which agreed 1:1 with the reality. Not everything in this world is scientifically explainable (I am the best example).

Everyone gets in its life dreams like that, some less, some often. I get those dreams when i go early to bed (7. pm. for example), sleep until 10 p.m., stay up until 2.00 a.m. and -then- they appear (usually 20 minutes later after closing my eyes). Me thinks that the brain gets into disorder and believes, that i should stay up, cause i´ve already sleeped before (de-adjusted bio rhythm).

Greetings
Stef

At 13 you have far more alive brain cells than older people
also generally more flexible & more lateral thinking than old fogies (like me).

Also at 13 you have not had the chance to make many mistakes
& it gives you a chance to look at older peoples mistakes & not make them.

So yeah 13 is a BRILLIANT age to be in many ways.
Full of dreams & wonder & hopes & exploration.

Wish you The Best.

Yeah, but I do not believe someone here is really in that age. Maybe they are feeling like that, but they aren´t. :P
