I was at the first projection yesterday evening with 2 friends and my sister
It was batter than the first film, maybe because I saw the second one in the cinema with a THX sound
They are not idiots at all at the prod, the second one is rather odd, you won't be able to understand the third and last one without watching the second one, and you won't understand the whole second one without watching the third and last one, uh.

Just an info : they recorded at the same time the second one and the third/last one

Dunno when it will be released though !

Pffff... Zimmer is getting boring... just a plain orchestral score, nothing too special. He should do more synth stuff, really...

Well, I'm not a real cinema visitor, the last one I saw was The Day after Tomorrow, and that was in Hillerød, in Denmark, back in 2004. The last one in my own country was Star Trek Nemesis, and that was in feb 2003.

I can't stand the smell of popcorn, so I try to avoid a cinema as much as possible.

I do love films though....normally end up catching those I am interested in on DVD....
There is also the fact that some of those I want to watch do not make it to the mainstream cinemas in the UK ( they don't tend to show that many european/non-english language films here...too wrapped up in getting the latest explosion-filled blockbuster from Hollywood )

Saying all that, the last film I saw at the cinema was " Troy " a few years ago....

Yepp, you have a good point there.
Sometimes I think they show to many swedish movies at our local cinemas, maybe just because I actually prefer the blockbusters.
It's great to watch DVD's too. You can pause the film when ever you need to and restart where you left it without missing anything.

I love the atmosphere and big screen at the cinema, but I almost always have to pee in the middle of the movie.

Im not a big cinema visitor either. I prefer to watch films at home. I only go to cinema if I am in a crowd of friends and we decide to go to the cinema.
I remember a few years ago... some school lessons were canceled so 11 o'clock we (about 7 people) went to the cinema as the only spectators in the cinema because it was so early we had the opportunity to sit whereever we wanted.

I adore watching films on the cinema with their neat large screens and sound systems, I could ditch all the other visitors though

Which is why I still want to build my own private (at least 99%) absolutely sound-proof cinema

didn't surprise me, some "original" stuff is already made, so all these new versions are not just as cool.

Pirates Of The Carribean: Dead Man's Chest last friday. It was very good. Can't wait to see the thirth part.

Saturday: The Road To Guatanamo Bay. Heavy stuff. Reacting of the things done in infamous US prison on Cuban ground. Three innocent Brittish muslims end up there by accident and years after their imprisonment, they are released and tell their story.
