I have some problems with the setup of the microkorg and the computer but here is a demo of the patch, taken from the MS-2000 however it's still exactly the same. JMJ and TK used some reverse on it also for 'The Voyage'

Wow I always thought that the GOL lead was from the JP8000 using the ribbon controller. I forget what preset it is on the JP8000...
On the old Jarrenet forum there were some patches created for the microkorg and MS2000. If memory serves me correctly there was a very good Oxygen IV lead (the hard one to program)
that someone submitted. Does anyone happen to have that patch lying around anywhere???

No China was his first appearnce with the Microkorg and GoL. GoL lead was also played on the MK aswell
Actually I think it's hard to play that lead on normalsized keys. You need a hand or finger at least on the mod wheel more or less all the time. The MK feels much better for this solo because of the small keys.

Hmm, I don't mind playing solos on a normal-sized keyboard. You need one hand for the pitch stick all the time for the IR Overture solo too, and that works just fine for me.

I use my ribbon controller there. That works much better than such a pitchwheel.

Well I didn't say all solos on minikeys, just to defend myself
I was just talking about the GoL solo. If you have to do some fast leads or solos, normalkeys are in most cases better IMO. The pitchstick on the Nord is quite nice to use. Like the Rolands you are pushing it to left and right instead of up and down, which is to me more designed for humans.
The cool thing about the MK is that you can controll bother wheels and a whole scale of octave just with one hand.
