I have studied ships all my life and in that video this structure shows no signs or has any resemblance to that of a ship. There are no internal supports or frames to suggest a sailing vessel. The beams are far too thin and narrow and the walls (which should be the hull) has no internal ribs to secure and strengthen a ship of the scale that Noahs Ark is supposed to be.

It could be a wooden building structure built into a raveen in the mountain side which has been there for hundreds of years. But one things for certain, it's no ship.

According to them in the reportage only 99,9% sure that it is the real thing.
So still there's a good chance that they've found the first Eminent 310 factory. "Knock on wood".
