From that thingy the street musician is playing on. :punch:
Yeah but what the funk is he playing on then? Everybody is talking about a drummer :P
I dunno. Perhaps someone with knowledge on old acoustic ladies can answer that. :punch:

Furthermore JM did'nt want to reveal his hotel, he wanted to rest. Ok, this can be understood.
Like you mentioned, there must be good reasons for this. Can you let us know if there was any merchandise on sale? If yes, the same as the first stage of Oxygene Tour 2008 or different?

Article in Swiss evening newspaper "Blick Am Abend" from November 13, 2008.

"Budapest, Hungary

In the beginning of the seventies, Jean Michel Jarre was the pioneer for electronic music with his synthesizer compositions. Last night, he revived his 30 year old oeuvre 'Oxygen'"

I have seen merchandise, but i don't know if different or not compared to first stage.

The reviews of the concert are mainly positive, but the person responsible for decent sound quality, was not in his best at all. Sadly, Oxygene 12 was a big mess, due to strong bass line...

Hello all

Just arrived from the concert...so here are my fresh impressions

:peacemaan:

Concert started with 30 minutes delay but the waiting was worth it. Covered in dark three other musicians came out on stage but no sign of JMJ. Then he appeared long distance from the stage and the crowd went crazy as he walked through the corridods. ( I touched the master´s shoulder....aaaaaaaaargh! )

Jarre looked fantastic wearing brown leather jacket and smiling enjoying the moments with us. He had nice speach about old ladies, pointed out there´s no single computer on stage and he even mentioned dark times Czechoslovakia went through which was really nice of him.

Tuning up the instruments was really something....I was barely breathing. The audience was quite silent in the beginning maybe still hypnotised by the masterpiece. Oxygene 4 was the right one to warm up the crowd. JMJ played with such an energy and passion that I really doubt he turned 60 this year. Jarre charmed Prague with the magic of timeless Oxygene. After Oxygene 12 enthusiastic fans gathered around the stage and Jean Michel played Oxygene 13 in really touching atmosphere. Musicians finally came back to play Oxygene 4 again. fantastic...unforgettable...very special...these words come to my mind when I think about yesterday´s Prague gig.

My dream came true and I thank Jean Michel with all my heart for bringing Oxygene to Prague

Oxygenated Suzane

Unfortunatelly there was stupidly strict rules at the arena so I couldn´t pass through my camera. :? Anyway some photos from the concert - http://tyden.cz/fotogalerie/jarre-v-pra ... ti-letech/

Short Prague´s review :

The Prague´s concert was amazing...

Intro song is interesting, but I don´t think that Jean will use it for new album. It is typical intro song without melodic line.

Till O12 the audience was seated. Before O13 some people (including me :D
) went before podium and started "standing ovation". It was during whole O13. Later whole team returned back and started encore O4 onesmore. Last rhythm of O4 was repeated longer time - against previous version in setlist. During this encore O4 the "standing ovation" was too (hundreds of people). I hope that Jean was happy
