The Z1 had more models than the Prophecy, but maybe it was more oriented towards analog synth modeling rather than to the acoustic stuff.
Yamaha VL70m should have been one of the last hardware attempt into acoustic physical modeling.
Korg Oasys does it, if I remember - we can ask Equinoxe, but it costs too much for me. For that money I would prefer a Yamaha CS-80 than...
The good news could be finding a Korg Oasys PCI Card for MAC / PC at a good price; it was the godfather of the Keyboard OASYS; it was a 24 bits soundcard and had several VA and Physical modeling algorithms:
