Well that's no problem then, I have the same here on my laptop.
All you need is a firewire cable that has one side as 6 pin and the other side as 4 pin.
Just watch with the 4 pin, it's real small and easily breakable in real world situations.

Major advantage of FW is extremely low delay in midi processing...
