watermelons. The ones on Jean Michel's plate (if it is his plate or indeed, are those his teeth marks in one of the slices?

melons. There is a difference in taste.

Those are not watermelons indeed, those are red on the inside and we can clearly see this isn't the case...
This is either a
Honeydew or
Galia melon...
Having said that, there are also yellow watermelons these days so who knows...

I would say they are Honeydrew ones. As the outer layer is very similar in colour.
But do you think that is Jean Michel's plate?
