Well, it looks like a photo taken in telephoto from the southbank facing St. Paul's...

So, I'm guessing Bankside, southbank of Thames... but there are no Swans there so that I can recall (only in the gardens), so you got me confused... but don't think less of my "smart" brain(less), please. 8) :lol:

Blame the haircut, some inteligence got away... 8)

Pretty simple really.

The banner on the left says Kandinsky A Path To Abstraction.
If one Googles this
Google search : Kandinsky a Path to Abstraction

One gets an exhibition in Tate Modern ... London. :lol:

(p.s. having visited the Tate Modern in 2000, this is the view from its front garden). :P

So me and littlesister are right: it IS London.
It still leaves the Swan (Lake's) mistery unsolved though...
