Not as far as I know. Surkål is sur

but as mentioned earlier, I have never tasted brunkål, but if the brown colour is sugar, i doubt it's sur or sour.

When i lived in england i didnt eat pork at all......and now i dont like this meat that much...its a strange ''sweet' taste i think...
