Here's a new one to guess.
The mp3 crackles but it's a conversion problem (24 bit to 16 bit).
Monophonic synth. More than 20-year old. Used by Tony Banks of Genesis, among some others. The delay and reverb are external effects.

Yes that's the good old VL Tone
Used by Tony Banks on a solo album only (a track called "Thirty Three", I think), but never with Genesis.
(or it could have been the pro soloist indeed).
