For those who ordered tickets from outside France, and need to pick them up, I received an email from the theare:

"Tickets will be to remove from the counter directly the same day or 30 min before the spectacle or before 6:30 pm every day except Sunday."

So when you get to Paris on the day of the concert (or before), take with you the email receipt and go to the box office no later than 30 minutes before the show.

Francis Rimbert left a message on his forum. I don't understand and i won't talk about babelfish how it works, instead. :?
Can somebody summarize his post ?

Babelfish translation:

You are numerous to ask me this question, then here are what I am authorized to communicate to you like infos: I will be with with dimensions of my Partner JMJ for the Parisian concerts of December. But I held to specify you that, if I am happy to take part in this new adventure, I will not be, as with my practice, on scene that to assist JEAN MICHEL and to in no case to ensure my personal promotion! Also concerning your requests for the accessibilities, these requests fall on the Production of JMJ(AERO). As I often pointed out I am not authorized to communicate infos concerning JMJ. On the other hand I will be always available for each one among you, after each spectacle to discuss, take glass and to spend a few times with you! FR

He says he will indeed be joining JMJ on stage during the concerts, but he is not allowed to give you any information or answer your questions, because this is the job of JMJ's management. However, Francis will be happy to join all of you after the show to talk and to have a drink, as always.

Is that confirmed by the theatre? If so, it will be easy to pick up the tickets few hours before the concert.
Half... It says in the fine print of the confirmation email that you have to pick up the tickets at the theatre:

Cette transaction est entièrement sécurisée par une société agréée par le GIE des cartes bancaires.
Ce justificatif sera nécessaire pour pouvoir retirer vos places au théâtre avant la représentation.
Sans ce courrier électronique de confirmation, vous ne pourrez pas retirer vos places.

And I read it on one of the forums, where someone had investigated the terms of sale of the theatre, that you can do this until 10 minutes before the show.

My poor little flat is more than full, we will be 6 in it, and there are 2 bed, so I would have asked you to sleep on the floor, it's better for you to have found an Hotel !
