Marvin lives in Perth, not quite his home town. Marvin is British. Hometown means where the person was bornjeanbatman wrote:+ Perth is the hometown of Hank Marvin...
And where is that info coming from?jeanbatman wrote:Jarre is thinking of an innovating way of releasing is music. Will there be a physical release ? Can't wait for the magical moment of turning off all phones and the internet, unplugging the doorbell, closing the curtains and putting a new Jarre studio album in the cd-player and sit back as I prepare to be musically and sonically amazed, then press play and hear the first notes!
One thing I'm pretty sure of, Jarre will wait for his release to coincide to a huge concert next year, the way Rendez-vous (Houston), Revolutions (Docklands), Waiting Cousteau (La Défense) were released.
If it is early in the year, the concert is more likely to occur in Southern Hemisphere for weather considerations.
And if this doesn't happen his retirement is dangerously close I'm afraid.jeanbatman wrote:Jarre is thinking of an innovating way of releasing is music. Will there be a physical release ? Interestingly this one is quite identical to this news hereJarre is thinking of an innovating way of releasing is music. Will there be a physical release ? Could be or could be not.

Coincidence ?
Yep, it would definitly give him the (media) attention to successfully promote a new album. This and his new partnership with Euronews. I really hope his new music will be part of his upcoming concerts in 2011 ...Robi wrote: Yes, this came to my mind aswell...
(Regarding your other reaction on my post, Australia Day was merely a guess, a thought.....so anyway that day would be great choice. )
Then, it should be first half of 2012 so...jeanbatman wrote:Jarre is thinking of an innovating way of releasing is music. Will there be a physical release ?
