I had one of those yeeaars ago... they work fine.. perhaps a bit noisy.
Oh. Tung: keep an eye on the built-in fx... they don't sound as good as you think at first... listen closely for (lots of) digital distortion.

How far back do these units go as mine has a build date sticker of March 2006.

I had one in... 2003 I think.
Again - the mixing part is great, just the fx are a bit naff.

Well that's not uncommon for volume faders and knobs, if they aren't kept away from too much dust.

At least my post was about electronic units in general. Behringer has always been followed by negative words. you can say that you get what you pay for. Typically it's up to the individual person to judge weather he likes the product or not.
At first I did also consider to get a Behringer mixer, but got a Yamaha MG instead.

Guess what I bought after the model you got now? Another, larger Behringer
Jarp talks bull. He's the only one hearing weird noises after 1 or 2 years...
Like I said. Fine for mixing. Nice budget solution. Just use the FX with a lot of care.

You'll have much much fun with the 35mm f/2 and after, you'll want the f/1.7 and then f/1.4 version (I have a 50mm f1.7 and that's just PERFECT if you want to make design !)
About the f/2.8, very wise choice, huge difference between f/4 and f/2.8, wish I had money to buy some for my K10, as I need to go high in the ISO instead (1600ISO max)

3 bottles of Lipton Ice Tea. They came with an original Lipton Ice Tea glass with each 3 bottles. I got myself an extra glass. The cashier didn't mind.
